Trumps Food Interests Ltd. (Trumps) is a supplier of innovative and whimsical wholesale dessert products that set precedents in the culinary community.

The company offers a range of 200 products, from their everyday collection of bars, cookies, and loaves, to high-end individual desserts, cakes, tarts and special occasion cakes. Their key export offering is their Slims Dessert Cracker Collection, which were developed to allow people to indulge regardless of their dietary choices or restrictions.

These gourmet dessert crackers are ambient shelf- stable and provide great taste using all natural, non-GMO ingredients, which are locally-sourced whenever possible. Conveniently portioned in retail-ready 100 grams (3.5 oz) resealable pouches, this product comes in four flavours: Banana; Cocoa (certified gluten-free); Lemon (certified gluten-free and vegan); and Cranberry Orange (certified gluten- free and vegan). Food safety is ensured using a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system, and the Trumps facility is GMP Gold Standard accredited, as well as certified gluten-free, and Kosher.

Since 1987, Trumps has been dedicated to providing the best service and products to their customers. Owner Heather Angel started her career as a chef and opened Trumps as a small retail bakery and caterer in Vancouver. Since then, she has grown her business to acquire customers across Canada and the world, including Vancouver’s first Starbucks.

Trumps is passionate about making a positive contribution to the community, supporting a variety of organizations including Friends for Life, Loving Spoon Full, women’s shelters and other noble causes.
